Shipping Policy

At the current time we only ship to the US, International Shipments will be coming soon.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • $3.95 Standard Shipping on Retail Orders in the US.
  • Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Return Policy and FAQs

Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel or amend that order until it is received or until it appears on your billing statement . If you make an error on your order you will need to wait until the order is received or until you see that charge on your statement with it’s purchase reference in order to request a refund. Refunds can be requested via e-mail by visiting our customer service page or calling our toll free customer service phone number/s. Refunds will be issued no later than 24 hours after the initial request is received by our billing department.

My order is lost or missing

Couriers will frequently stash or leave the shipment with a present party (Such as a property office or neighbor) to prevent theft. What is your return policy?

Product purchased from our website, or via our BUY NOW customer order line are eligible for return within the first 30 days of receipt. To process a return we require that you contact our customer service department via e-mail by visiting our customer service page or calling our toll free customer service phone number/s with your order details. • If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically.
